Keeping Your Mental Game Strong Using Essential Oils

We all know that mental health and keeping your emotions in tip-top shape is important but did you know that it’s super easy to support your mind just by diffusing essential oils? Our sense of smell is connected to our pineal gland which is directly connected to our emotions which is why essential oils are so effective at changing our mood.

  • Feeling blue? Try some Joy or Frankincense with a couple drops of Orange

  • Stressful Day? Diffuse some Stress Away, Lavender or Peace and Calming

  • Needing some extra motivation? Peppermint and Lemon are sure to get those energy levels up

  • Mental game not on point and having a hard time focusing? A couple of drops of Clarity or Basil and Lime should do the trick.

  • Feeling overwhelmed, a bit anxious or as if your world is crashing down? Peace and Calming is the way to go.

When in doubt grab your favorite bottle, put some drops in the diffuser and diffuse your mood.
