Pro Tip:
When you read or hear an affirmation that speaks or resonates with you, write it on a post-it and stick it somewhere where you will see it daily like your bathroom mirror, computer monitor or next to your bed. That way you're sure to read it to yourself over and over until you begin to believe it.
