Part of being healthy, means having your mental game in tip-top shape. I'm a huge fan of mindset and positive self talk. One way to keep your mental game strong, and to start believing in yourself, is with affirmations. I'll be sharing some of my favorite affirmations here along with some insights as to why they are so important.
Pro Tip:
When you read or hear an affirmation that speaks or resonates with you, write it on a post-it and stick it somewhere where you will see it daily like your bathroom mirror, computer monitor or next to your bed. That way you're sure to read it to yourself over and over until you begin to believe it.
