Research shows that being outside boosts Vitamin D which is critical to our health, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress. Going on a hike, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hunting, running, walking, or practicing yoga gives you the added bonus of exercise, which lets face it, we can all use more of.
